Excellent service and very welcoming! I loved the chocolate, and although I didn't take the wine, it was a lovely gesture. This was my first time visiting Brazilian Wax and Spa after a friend recommended it. Even though it was only my second Brazilian in 10 years, Sarah was excellent and so sweet. She kept the conversation flowing, which really helped take my mind off the process and made the experience a positive one. I was a nervous wreck going in because it was my first ever Brazilian. I've been holding off getting one for a very long time. Zaylen Ross was very sweet and talked me through everything and calmed my nerves down. It wasn't as bad as I thought, and I wish I had done it sooner since I am now 36. Definitely more comfortable and will be coming back
