Came an hour prior to closing as a walk in with no customer waiting just be told I can’t be seen. I told her I could wait no one even here but she insist I come back next week. I asked about other locations and she said she doesn’t know about the others closing hours. Nevertheless, I googled Harbison location, booked the appointment and was seen within 15mins. I had an eyebrow appointment at 2:30 and walked in a few minutes early and they took me right back to a room after checking in. Every staff member that I encountered was super nice! Darielle did my brows and she was AMAZING! My brows were waaay overdue and she made me look like a brand new person! She was super gentle and took the perfect amount of time! I’ll definitely be back here again. Thank you so much!!
My esthetician left so, I had my first appointment with Cryshenda. When I say she left no hair behind, I mean it! She's VERY THOROUGH! You won't regret having her as your esthetician!
