Was very disappointed to start place was very dirty poor hygiene. Asked for the facials-hydrafacial cost of $95 for 60 min did not received complete package and it only lasted for 50min not worth the money. Will not recommend this place. First & last time going there, and had a gift card did not even validate it. Lady didn’t gave a reason just said couldn’t accept it.

Sara is the best waxer I’ve come across in a hot minute! She gives genuinely painless Brazilians and is super quick. She’s also a sweet soul. Would recommend to all the girlies. My eyebrows also look great that she did this time!

The staff and facility are very nice, but I’m a bit disappointed with the end result. There are a couple of spots on my leg that were missed and there is still a decent amount of stubble left behind. Although the location is great and staff is nice, I probably won’t return for waxing service.

My appointment was on May 21 at 5:10 pm with Sarah. I believe they had my name spelled wrong - no big deal, happens all the time since my name has an unusual spelling!
