I’ve been going to Brazilian Concept for years now and I LOVE them! They are extremely professional and super attentive. I’ve been to other “fancy” salons around Melbourne and they are nowhere near as good - technically - as these ladies are. You should definitely visit, because it is worth it!
I needed a new cut and color realy bad and felt very depressed. Without an appointment Erica and the owner welcomed me with open arm and made me feel very special. Both listen to my wishes and concerns and offered there advice. Ii showed them a picture fron there webpage and vola my hair looked like it. One time I thought and looked concerned, and spoke loudly look the other customers hair is ON FIRE, smoke was coming out of the sink and cap she was wearing.
