The other reviews must be friends or family. Frequently left with certain areas of the house ignored and then noted special pricing to get it done. Frequently received last minute notices about setting or changing time and/or they couldn’t remember previously agreed to dates and times. The final straw was an attempt to charge a 50% cancellation fee when a time they provided didn’t work and I let them know it wouldn’t work on the same day.
I’m extremely happy with the cleaning service and the overall experience. My home was cleaned to a very high standard, with great attention to detail, and everything looked fresh, tidy, and well cared for afterward.
The crew is professional, nice, and all are hardworking so they cleaned our house quickly. I highly recommend them! I’m glad I found them!
The 3 pleasant and hard working ladies did a fantastic job cleaning our house. They arrived on time and worked thoroughly cleaning every room. They paid attention to detail and did not skip over anything. I am completely satisfied and plan on having them clean bi-weekly. I highly recommend this company.
