One of the worker’s plucked my eyebrows to much and she kept brushing them so I wouldn’t notice but I still see spacing in my eyebrows that was not there before. My eye always grow out thick and she plucked one side to much because she was going to fast so I left because I didn’t want her to mess them up more then I went back & told one of the other women she acted as if she couldn’t see the mistake. Update 8/30: I had another amazing appointment with Olivia! Literally was over in a blink of an eye and completely painless! (MINUS ONE STAR for..) The only thing that made me so uncomfortable was NO AC! It was actually cooler outside than inside which is insaaane. Good experience, the girls are always so friendly. But you get a free trip to the sauna with your wax. They don’t have working air conditioning in the building. Been that way for weeks. I guess the owners don’t care about the staff being comfortable.
I came here last year for a sugar wax and had a really painful experience not just during the appointment, but for four days after. I told myself I’d never do it again. Recently, a friend encouraged me to give it another try and recommended I try chocolate wax instead. This time, I had Olivia and when I say she was nothing short of amazing, I truly mean it.
