Update 8/30: I had another amazing appointment with Olivia! Literally was over in a blink of an eye and completely painless! (MINUS ONE STAR for..) The only thing that made me so uncomfortable was NO AC! It was actually cooler outside than inside which is insaaane. Good experience, the girls are always so friendly. But you get a free trip to the sauna with your wax. They don’t have working air conditioning in the building. Been that way for weeks. I guess the owners don’t care about the staff being comfortable.
I came here last year for a sugar wax and had a really painful experience not just during the appointment, but for four days after. I told myself I’d never do it again. Recently, a friend encouraged me to give it another try and recommended I try chocolate wax instead. This time, I had Olivia and when I say she was nothing short of amazing, I truly mean it. If you are looking for a talented, friendly girls-girl who has your back, you NEED to book with Olivia! The Brazilian I booked with her was so fast and the pain was maaaaybe a 2/10.
Very professional . Appointment was on time. Clean Environment. Very sterile. My1 St time going was today Aug 2,2025. I was booked with Olivia and she was great. Talked me through everything and made sure I was good throughout the whole process. Its a temporary hurt lol once its done pain is over. It wasn't as bad as I expected. Take some pain medication before(Tylenol or Ibuprofen) may help some with the temporary pain.
