This was actually my first time getting waxed, and Rosangela made me feel completely comfortable from start to finish. She checked in with me throughout the entire service to make sure I was doing okay and took the time to talk with me and answer my questions, which really helped ease my nerves. Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the experience so much better than I expected. I highly recommend Rosangela and this salon! Grazie Bella! <3
The employees are gentle and efficient with their work. Not only do they perform their tasks effectively, but they give kindly and generously to their clients, caring for their clients looks and confidence. I just went to an appointment and the lady who took care of me hit all the areas I payed for and did a caring touch up on some other little areas I may have myself taken care of, but they did it for me.
I went for my first wax ever. Absolutely great experience! She took her time but we finished in less than 20 minutes, she made sure I was comfortable, Conversation was constant so there was no awkward silence, and most of all she was just a whole vibe. Her energy itself will lift your Spirit. Definitely Recommend!

I haven't had a Brazilian wax in a while so I was extremely nervous. Helena made the experience so pleasant she was extremely patient and gentle. The whole experience was so nice. I will come and see her for now on :) Thanks Helena!!!
