Our countertops are beautiful and the customer service provided by them is excellent! They contact you back immediately and provide excellent service!
Terrible customer service! Bottom line: the scratch was made when the counter top was created. I paid close to $****** for new quartz counter tops from BBG. They installed a piece that had a long, inch-wide, shallow scratch on it. When noticed, they produced a photo that didn’t show the scratch and said that because it doesn’t appear in the photo (it is shallow and only visible at an angle), they would replace the counter top if I paid for it. BBG installed Quartzite countertops in my kitchen and powder room. From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with. Each person involved in the process was professional and knowledgeable. The fit and seaming are perfect, the stone is beautiful, and we are very happy with the final result. I will definitely use them again in the future.
These guys are crooks. They sold me on a higher grade countertop for my bar top and only when it broke said it was an unsuitable installation. They charged me full price but revoked any warranty. Save yourself some trouble & shop elsewhere.
