Drivers don’t take care of their trucks. One came into our shop with almost 20 codes and 200% soot rate. They expected us to work miracles & get it all done in two days. The man in charge was very rude, cussing and hanging up on us when parts were delayed which was beyond our control and we tell them no shipping is ever 100% guaranteed.
