Eu sempre frequentei o Brazi Burguer e nunca tive problemas — pelo contrário, o atendimento sempre foi bom. Mas na minha última visita, a experiência foi bem decepcionante. O lanche estava ótimo, porém o atendimento foi péssimo. A atendente demonstrou total falta de educação, impaciência e parecia claramente não querer estar ali trabalhando. Me entregaron la Orden Completamente Mal. Solo le pusieron Granola al Acai, NO incluyeron la banana ni las fresas y costo $17 solo por ponerle un poco de Granola por encima. Pésimo Servicio! Quien compra un Acai solamente con Granola? Omg!! They got my order completely wrong. They only put granola on the açaí—they didn't include the banana or the strawberries—and it cost $17 just for a little bit of granola sprinkled on top. Terrible service! Burger was good. I wasn't a big fan of the Brazilian cheese. It's more like cream very milky taste it's not bad but I prefer a more saltier or a more sour cheese. Other than that it's pretty good.
