Good company but make sure you get a quotation before booking. I recently booked a central heating service for which I was quoted £111 including VAT which I accepted. When making the booking I also said I would like a tap replaced in our cloakroom. I said I would supply the tap but was not given a quote for this additional work in fitting it. I called Brazendale regarding a leaking kitchen mixer tap. As I'm new to this area I didn't have any contacts etc but a friend gave me Brazendale's deatails. Well I was immediately impressed with the professionalism shown by the office for their helpfulness & understanding. Experienced a joint leak in a hot water feed pipe. Contacted Stuart for advice and he personally came out to repair the pipe despite being early evening. The repair was excellent and due to his quick response, prevented any further damage. Could not thank them enough.
