My wife had made an appointment for Brayton to come look at a few things in our home. When she called he mentioned he wasn’t in the office but they agreed on a date and time the following week. When the time of the appointment came, no one showed up. This is fine, things come up and I understand that. Prices offered are very competitive and they were super quick in responding to my call for help and getting the job done. Have dealt with both Tom and his sidekick Chadre and they are both very professional , hard working , knowledgeable and friendly. Amazing work. Had a small leak in my faucet that had to be removed by heating the solder. They were able to get it cleaned up, replaced and checked within an hour of arriving. I appreciated that they went the extra mile to ensure the new piece could easily replace the washers if necessary. After the work was done, great clean up and checked all the other pipes to make sure shutting off and on the main valve didn't introduce any other leaks before wrapping up the work. Definitely recommend their service.
