We purchased a new refrigerator with the assistance from Dylan and completed the purchase process with Luis. We are really happy with the professional, expertise, and courteous service received. Regarding the delivery, the service was performed efficiently by polite people. We had a slight issue with the ice maker hookup which Dylan resolved after we contacted him. We intend to contact Bray & Scarff with our next purchase.

Installation of my new refrigerator on Tues., Sept 24. The two gentlemen who installed it (Salliah & Jeff) were very professional, and concerned about the surrounding furniture and photos on the walls. I appreciated their efforts & concerns. They were very quick, and made sure I had the paperwork, registration materials, etc. I'll be back for other purchases. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Wayne when I purchased my refrigerator and the delivery service from Ben/Noel was very good also!! I plan to go back and purchase more appliances soon!! K Parks

Super disappointed with their much vaunted "customer service." I ordered a full suite of appliances and the best they could give me for a measuring site visit was a 4-hour window of 11-3. That is NOT an acceptable window. It means I have to take the entire day off work to meet them. I expect morning or afternoon. And them telling me that the windows are computer generated and there is nothing they can do about it, is NOT helpful. Save the extra $1000 and buy your appliances across the street at Lowe's. I wish to express my appreciation for the simply outstanding customer service that I received from Mr. McKinley Anderson, Jr. on 18 Sept '17, the date on which I purchased a Whirlpool double decker washer/dryer from Bray & Scarff at 6733 Richmond Hwy at Alexandria, VA. Overall rating is #1 for the store and service at Bray and Scarff in Arlington. I have purchased two sets of kitchen appliances plus two washer/dryer sets over a period of 20 years. I have never been totally satisfied with their service, however, since it takes a week to get someone out here, a week or more to order and receive parts, and a week or more to schedule another service call. This is a Stand Up Company and our salesperson, Tyrone, is a Stand Up Guy! He went out of his way to be accommodating. We required service on a new washing machine. Service guy showed up, said there was a major problem with the gear box. I contacted Tyrone with the service order, he made a call and the machine was replaced with no hassles at all. Definitely 5 stars for Tyrone and Bray at this location

We bought our second refrigerator from Bray and Scarff in Arlington earlier this year. The last one was a a GE profile and the worst fridge ever. We had so many issues that we finally replaced it. This time we bought a Whirlpool. Even though we could get a better deal from Best Buy and faster delivery, we believe in buying locally so we did. And the sales experience was a good one.
