I was able to work with a dedicated salesperson for an emergency replacement of a refrigerator. He helped find me an appropriate replacement, assisted with my order details, and get it delivered in a timely manner. It was super easy and quick!
Ok where do I start. Walked into the Annapolis location and was met by the best sale person in the world. She sold me 20k worth of merchandise and I was only planning to spend 10k. So you know she was very kind, polite and professional. The smile didnt hurt. But over all, I went with the Monogram appliances and Stefanie took care of my order. Everything was delivered on time with no complaints. If your in the market for new appliances ask for Stef. 5 🌟

The salesman, Tom Mamas, was friendly and courteous. He listened to our concerns and recommended a choice of affordable alternatives. The sales floor was neat and clean, not at all like shopping at the big box stores. We will definitely consider coming back for future appliance needs and recommend Bray and Scarff to friends.
