I started shopping for new appliances in June. Jay was my sales person. He was very nice and efficient, answered all my questions and helped me select the best products for my needs. Jay is no longer part of the team and handed my account to Tiffany and she's been very accommodating. I'm very pleased with the process.
I was able to work with a dedicated salesperson for an emergency replacement of a refrigerator. He helped find me an appropriate replacement, assisted with my order details, and get it delivered in a timely manner. It was super easy and quick!
