The lady who works there is rude does not return phone does not file insurance like she supposed to. Very incompetent. Dr Bray was good but his staff not good at all. Dealing with that lady I won’t mention her name but please do your job, learn how to do it. She also loses paperwork you send in. No way I’d give more than 1 star , that’s even to much.
IDK where to begin. I'm sure there will be some excuse that will be given for the manner in which the staff at this clinic acts, the incompetence is utterly astounding. We have been dealing with this clinic for over a year now. They failed to give us the correct CPAP machine, and they failed to issue the referral to the hematologist not once, not twice, not even three times, but four. Two months of back and fourths. 10/10 Love the place. Dr. Bray is very thorough and always excited to jump into new experience and learn more about his patients. Susan the front desk is also very lovely and full of life!
1st time coming. Having to travel for an appointment can be difficult. But this was not. From the moment I walked in the staff assisted me and made sure I was given everything I needed. The doctor was thorough making sure he answered all of the questions I had. My girls absolutely loved him and he made the visit fun rather than traditional making them want to jump from the walls. Will gladly recommend him to anyone looking for an allergy doctor for themselves or their little one.
