Called to make an appointment and could barely talk due to coughing and the secretary was rude talking about what’s wrong and then proceeds to tell me they are booked and to go to urgent care. They need to say on their website that they actually don’t do walk ins and that the secretary is rude!!! I will be looking for a new PCP
Worst office in town. Would rate 0 stars if I could. I was told by Dr. Bray that I was “considered lucky” to not be getting a period at 20 years old!! Rude staff & incompetent healthcare workers
I waited an hour plus to see Dr. Bray. I was told this wasn’t typical and that she spends extra time truly listening to her patients. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. During the examination, she dismissed my concerns and the specific location of my pain. I left wondering—why is it so difficult to simply listen? I expect someone will respond by asking me to call and discuss this further, but I don’t see the value in that. The concerns I shared should have been heard the first time. I'm still in pain.
