Well I scheduled my first appointment. I waited a month to see Shelly. So I drove all the way to her office and because I was literally just 1 minute late they canceled my appointment and after that Shelly rejected me as her patient and refused to schedule anymore appointments with me. Just because I was one minute late. And if thats not bad enough. Every time I called that office the girl that answered was rude and heinous to me. Ive experienced many doctors and all were uninformative and ultimately lacked in knowledge regarding my medications. Dr. Bray was the first to bombard me with questions to allow her to evaluate my needs. She understood my neurodivergence and educated me where prior doctors were happy slapping a Dx and moving on.
All of my experience with Dr. Bray, nurses, APNs, Office staff, and finance have been superb. They have gone above and beyond helping me manage my diabetes and all my prescriptions through several insurance changes. Dr. Bray does video visits outside of office hours, which really helps due to my schedule, although I know it takes away from her personal time. This was my original doctors office but then I lost my insurance and had to go to compass, when I got my benefits back they told me I was no longer welcome there that once I switch I'm not allowed back and watch out because they do double charge you for things you may not know about! But I'm very pleased with my new doctors office and the nurses are much nicer.
