Worst office in town. Would rate 0 stars if I could. I was told by Dr. Bray that I was “considered lucky” to not be getting a period at 20 years old!! Rude staff & incompetent healthcare workers

I waited an hour plus to see Dr. Bray. I was told this wasn’t typical and that she spends extra time truly listening to her patients. Unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. During the examination, she dismissed my concerns and the specific location of my pain. I left wondering—why is it so difficult to simply listen? I expect someone will respond by asking me to call and discuss this further, but I don’t see the value in that. The concerns I shared should have been heard the first time. I'm still in pain.

2 hour waiting time every time. My mom has mobility issues and sitting fir 2 hours does not help. Their response " we'll try to do better". Just a line. Do not recommend

Shelly likes to throw antidepressants at everything without trying to find the underlying issue. I wouldn’t recommend

Well I scheduled my first appointment. I waited a month to see Shelly. So I drove all the way to her office and because I was literally just 1 minute late they canceled my appointment and after that Shelly rejected me as her patient and refused to schedule anymore appointments with me. Just because I was one minute late. And if thats not bad enough. Every time I called that office the girl that answered was rude and heinous to me.
