This company is great at selling you appliances but their service is absolutely worthless. Their customer service is worthless. Please don't buy from them. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I had an issue with a dryer that I purchased. Their technician came to check it out. "3-5 business days", he said. They'll call you. I waited patiently. No one called. I call several times the following week. They just keep saying 3-5 business days. It's like they are robots and that's all they can say. I finally get through to someone wh... read more
Purchase and delivery were fine. Customer service after has been a NIGHTMARE. We had an installation and product error which caused a leak in our dishwasher. It went into the basement and damaged our hardwood floors. Getting anybody to respond has been nothing short of horrible. The “escalation” department does not respond and when they do we are met with excuse after excuse. There is no known phone number or contact to go above her. The five stars are for my salesperson. Service would get a two-star. I bought a refrigerator, oven and dishwasher from Paul Walterhoefer 2 years ago. He helped me select appliances for my kitchen remodel. My review does not reflect my service experience. June 2025 my freezer started icing over. it also affected the refrigerator and started freezing produce and other items.
