Had a great experience working with two of the technicians, Kenny and Darrell. Both were very helpful, professional, responsive, and patient. I mainly worked with Darrell, and he made my experience enjoyable, easy, and calming in the midst of having to make some big appliance purchases relatively quickly. I enjoyed my overall experience and definitely recommend the location and these two staff people.
(Update below) Do not buy from here. My mom purchased a dryer in March based on a recommendation and they STILL have not delivered it to her and will not provide her with an explanation or a refund on the purchase. Over $2,000 and they STILL have not delivered the dryer or taken any initiative to reach out and resolve the issue with her or even let her know why it is taking so long. They just keep deflecting and saying it will be delivered soon. Do not buy from here if you care about your money and have clothes to wash. Abso... read more

Darrell provided excellent customer service. Not sure how long he'll be there for, but he knows his stuff. There's a pretty good selection of appliances which changes often. Delivery and set up was flawless which was my biggest concern. I dealt with two different delivery crews and both were great. I just hope the appliances we bought last for a while, but you never know these days. I'm glad we went with B&S over the big box stores.
