Extremely bad customer service. Ordered a fridge 10 days ago. Website said expected delivery 25th. NO communication before that. I called on the 24th and got a lot of excuses and run-arounds. Then got an email saying delivery date was the 27th. Then a call saying, "nope, that won't be the day because they don't have it in stock. And they changed the model number so that means they probably don't even have that older one." They give zero fuchs about if you buy or not from them. Avoid the hassle and just buy from a big box store. Garbage at full price? Yeah, right. I ended up going to Costco after wasting my time with these scumbags.

Having the same service issues are reported by other customers. You can buy appliances anywhere, but we bought them Bray along with the premium service plan. Going on over 3 months without working ovens. We keep getting the run around about parts being back ordered, re-ordered from another supplier, and never getting anybody from the service department following up as they say they will. My dishwasher has been broken since September, its now January. We have spent hours on the phone with customer service. After waiting on hold for 20-30 minutes each time (we call several times a week), they always promise to call back and never do. Many excuses about the warranty, parts being backordered.....etc.
