Thomas was outstanding! In just 15 minutes, he had the pipe exposed using a jackhammer, and another 15 minutes later, he had identified the leak! Thomas was professional, tidy, and highly efficient. I was expecting the job to take the entire day, but he was finished by 10:30am. Much appreciated, Thomas! Also, Brantley, who provided the estimate, was very transparent about the entire process, my responsibilities, and the potential cost. The service provided by Braxton & Sons Plumbing for a blocked sewage pipe was exceptional. They even attended to us on a Sunday, which I found very commendable. The plumber, Julian, was fantastic and clearly explained the necessary procedures. Overall, it was a superb experience.

Owen was the greatest. He knows his task and professional and polite. Very clean worker too( which we appreciate ) he’ll be our go to plumber hands down. My brother in law arrived over and hired him on the spot to do the same job.
