A week ago, I had some bone chips left behind by the dentist that had originally extracted one of my teeth. I went for the emergency appointment at 7am for help. First let me say the facility was very clean. The staff were not only professional and knowledgeable, but very friendly. The treatment I received was prompt and excellent. from the medical staff to the dentist office their ghetto unprofessional and rude as hell The yt girl at the front desk in the dentist office is rude and unprofessional the medical staff keeps rescheduling once i finally got the appointment made my husband sat there with our baby for 1hour they came out and literally gave us another appointment the front desk lost my medical form for my daughter .. it’s just A lot and at this point. Called about dental help, very rude, hung up on me
I have been a patient at this office for over 10+ years. The newer younger receptions at the front desk is super rude, unprofessional and have bad customer service skills.
