The main positive of doing business with Braxton was access to a very human interaction and guaranteed quality of service. They were able to get me the exact service I needed and did not get me on unnecessary extras that most other places will, and they were very intentional about seeing my needs fulfilled when it came to the service itself.
Got my brakes changed here and had a great experience. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced. They explained everything clearly and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend!

I’m from 10 hours away, my upper radiator hose exploded. I panicked and called them @ 5pm and with a FULL BAY he told me to come on down and he’ll take care of me. The owner came out the office himself and did it personally! Changed my upper radiator hose in a basically was a life saver. Highly recommend very nice family vibes with the capabilities of larger companies with all the machines they have! 5 STARS!
Everyone there is so nice! Not only did they fix my car faster than anyone (previously was in and out of shops for a year) , they are kind enough to work with me on paying off the services because of my circumstances! Definitely one of the best shops I’ve been to
