My call was answered by a guy called Shawn. Spoke to him early morning requesting service/repair. He took my information and said he would call later in the afternoon. Never heard back. Tried calling several times got no answer. Left several messages requesting call back. Never heard back from Shawn. Horrible initial customer service from this company. Moving on but will let others know.
