I am not impressed with the fact they are upping the monthly charge at 5 bucks a year in 10 years you will be paying 200 dollars a month for a 10 year old furnace the salesman man was not clear at all pushy and in a hurry telling you what a great deal you would be getting this is not affordable at all.Sounded good at the time.

They only service there own equipment, please change your advertising campaign to "we only look after our own,so not you ,you or you" why can't you do repairs on regular owned furnaces, I believe your business is turning down income, 1sf rule of business, that's a no. Lol
This is a scam They advertise as no hidden fees but don’t show you any of the numbers besides monthly cost upfront. The salesmen said whatever they needed to to get my signature then the truth comes out. They charged me 23,000.00 for a furnace at no point did they show this amount only the 89.95 a month they are preying on individuals that do not know what they are getting into and they do not bother to deal with disputes. Do not use these scammers
I originally left a 5 star review. I have since changed my kind for two reasons. 1. I was told I would be receiving a $250.00 rebate in 6 to 8 weeks, now almost 4 months and nothing. I tried reaching out about it and again nothing, no response, no communication at all. 2. Despite that, when my hot water tank started leaking I reached out to them again, after 4 days they sent someone to diagnose, it’s now been 10 days since and again no contact no communication and no hot water.
