Came in with a nail in our tire this morning just hoping it wouldn't be another big charge on our plates, and they took care of it free! Plugged it up in no time at all and now we're back on the road! They were very professional and walked us through what they'd be doing, what our next steps will be for the tire's health and what to look out for with our car to boot! Will be coming back! I needed warranty work done to my car, because a precious shop had done work to it, and after 4 times, I did not want to go back there. I was able to speak to carmax and found Bravos Auto Care was in the warranty network. From the time my car was picked up, at my employer, USAA, Alejandra kept me informed of the entire process. She called me when the tow truck was on tbe way, to when it was dropped off and kept me updated on the repair process. Bravos was highly recommended for all my car needs. I called them up explained everything about what was going on. Found out they have free diagnostic. I thought oh my nothing is free. Boy *I wasWRONG*. Once I arrived I was approached immediately, he took my keys, I told my Frank now we will be told in the $300/350 range. Not 4 mins later gentlemen came back in telling us what was the issue. Car AC needed vacuumed out then he could tell what was up with ac.
