Something started dragging under my car so I took it in here because it was nearby. They were very kind, fast, and explained everything to me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they didn’t even charge me since it was a minor fix and I think they could tell I wasn’t familiar with car stuff. Very honest, 10/10 if you’re worried about getting upcharged or hidden fees. Thank you again!! 🙏🙏
I had a great experience with Bravos Auto Care. The team was professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything they found on my vehicle. They showed me the damaged parts and made sure I understood what repairs were needed before starting the work. The staff was friendly, communication was excellent, and the repair was completed in a timely manner. I called to see if Bravos was open, what a life saver, it's Memorial Day and they are !! The item that punctured my tire also dislodge itself causing almost instant deflation. Luckily the hole was able to be patched. Within minutes we were back on the road. We very much appreciated your professionalism, great customer service and an exceptionally clean waiting room.
