Shambles to be honest, I was pretty much begged to change my review months ago after agreed work hadn't been performed. They quickly called within 20 minutes of the bad review and sorted the service, I then had an email saying the part for the front trim would be in next week. That was in April and I'm still waiting. I've sent numerous emails since and not a single response, definitely won't be buying a car from here again.
Bought a car over a year ago. Still waiting to have damage sorted that was agreed to be rectified in good faith. Have emails confirming it, but each time I made the attempt to arrange, there was another issue or problem that meant the work couldn't be booked in. Still waiting for a call back from my last attempt, 6 months ago. Same old, "once they have the money" story. Fine to deal with initially, just don't trust them and drive away expecting after care for any issues. Get them sorted pre deal or walk away.
