I do not recommend this company. The city hired them, and they regularly show up on my property without notice or permission. While on my property, they damage trees and flowers, trample the yard, cut down my backyard garlands, and leave behind large branches and debris. I put a lot of time and effort into keeping my backyard beautiful and well-maintained, so this is extremely upsetting. Bravo was contracted by PG&E to trim back a tree on our property. Prior to the work PG&E walked the property with my wife and identified the one tree that would be trimmed. When Bravo arrived the worker (who spoke limited english) insisted he was there to work on a different tree. We showed him the information from PG&E but he insisted that he was there to trim a different trim. He tried to bully my wife, and repeatedly said "F in" this and "F in" that. They left my property destroyed. It looks like a war zone and they pretend to not speak english when confronted. The icing on the cake is I caught them sleeping or sitting in there truck multiple times when they were getting paid to work. The idea that PG&E has contracted them to do work that isn't being done and wanting to raise our electric rates at the same time makes me want to scream.
