My vehicle was towed in for a rebuilt transmission, rear differential and shocks to be replaced. The day after I picked my vehicle up I start getting a service suspension error message displaying. So far I have had to take the vehicle back to the shop every week with them supposedly fixing what I already paid almost $8000 to be fixed in the first place. Terrible experience with the shop the owner does not honour his warranty by saying that he is shortstaffed and will not address the repair on the transmission. My transmission was bad from the day I picked it up and then after it was bad after the second time he said he attempted to repair it he could not even schedule it for weeks because he said he was shortstaffed and had 1 million excuses about how it was probably fine and then in the end I had to go pick it up anyway because he was using it to commute to his house overn... read more
These guys are amazing! They are fair and do good work. They helped me with my Mazda and my Honda. It’s hard to find trustworthy shops these days but I’m grateful to have found them!
Javier is awesome, rebuilt the 4l80 in my dad's truck for a fair price and its gone over 50k hard miles in the last 5 years. He also cares about his customers and when I had an issue with a toyota transmission he offered solutions over the phone that eventually fixed the harsh shifting. Hard to find a transmission shop like this anymore!
