Amy and the team at Bravo have been fantastic for my aging mother's medication needs. Very efficient delivery process! Combination of people who care and speedy service that can't be beat!
I love the Bravo team ! I visited my grandmother from California after a hospitalization and they helped me get her medications organized and easy to manage with their Bravopak service. Amy made it a complicated process easy and kept me in the loop at all times. I left knowing that my grandmother was safe and in good hands. Thank you for all you do!
Dealing with Bravo has been a godsend. Amy in particular was very attentive to my questions and concerns. On another call back I spoke with another gentleman who was also very cordial. It's a small business but run very professionally. BravoPak is simply a brilliant idea and so helpful for seniors like myself who can forgot all the little details.
Been with Bravo since we moved to Eastern MA (several years ago). My husband and I cannot be more than happy with their services. They are always there to deliver our medication on time and the most important thing is that they deal with the insurance and the providers and we never had an issue :-). I am so happy they have their new location in Watertown which is less than 2 miles from us just in case we will need something fast!
Michael is such a life saver, you could literally call him Mr Superman. HE SAVED MY MARRIAGE, I tried everything but this is the guy who you can rely on helping you through life crisis! His boss really need to give him a raise like literally. Like he’s such a respectful young fella. If you go pick up your prescription , ask him to make you laugh. He will make you jiggle when you giggle.
