Bottom Line: Would not hire them again; I had a great technician with reasonable diagnostic & trip fee ($49) that seems predatory to get you to call, highway robbery pricing ($380/hr) and even if you know the issue they refuse to give any type of pricing ranges over the phone (even if you ask the specific part and labor/service). A 60 minute job to replace one valve was in total $525 with no after hours or holiday fees. I want to highlight the pricing since no other review has. I always call Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning when we have a problem. I love that they are honest and don’t gouge on price. My whole family uses them. We love their work and professionalism. Today, we had Nick. He was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.

Highly recommend Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning. We had an emergency in which we contacted them and within an hour we had an appointment scheduled and our problem was resolved later that day. The service technicians were very friendly, and respectful, and even wore booties over the work boots so that they wouldn't drag any dirt into our home. Very happy that we used this company and now they have a customer for life!!

I called about 5:30 this afternoon after coming home and the air was not working. Josh came right over to my relief. He is honest and very professional. There was a bug in the unit that stopped it from working. I will not call anyone else to help me in the future to service my air or heating issues.
