Bottom Line: Would not hire them again; I had a great technician with reasonable diagnostic & trip fee ($49) that seems predatory to get you to call, highway robbery pricing ($380/hr) and even if you know the issue they refuse to give any type of pricing ranges over the phone (even if you ask the specific part and labor/service). A 60 minute job to replace one valve was in total $525 with no after hours or holiday fees. I want to highlight the pricing since no other review has. I always call Bravo Heating & Air Conditioning when we have a problem. I love that they are honest and don’t gouge on price. My whole family uses them. We love their work and professionalism. Today, we had Nick. He was efficient, professional, and knowledgeable. Thank you.
