The new leather sectional totally transformed my living room. The staff helped me compare between different designs. I also picked a Serta mattress, excellent comfort and quality with prompt delivery.
Absolutely the Worst Furniture Experience—Dishonest and Unprofessional. My wife and I regret ever buying from this store. They sell items that aren’t actually in stock, take full payment upfront, and then disappear for a very long, long time once they get your money. First, they delivered a bed with built-in LED lights, but the switch hole was cut the wrong size, so the switch couldn’t even be connected. They promised to send someone to fix it—no one ever came. I was tired of going from store to store, seeing the same styles over and over. Decided to check out Bravo because a friend mentioned their Italian lines and ended up getting a leather sectional from Natuzzi editions!! The sales team didn’t hover, answered every question, and delivery came sooner than expected.
The wallunit I picked was made in Italy and feels it. Really sturdy and looks super clean in my space.
