There are often events at assembly park managed by menkes which are extremely noisy and impossible to block out. Do not expect to get a moment‘s peace in the evening until after midnight in the entire month of october. This is very much a smoking building and whenever someone smokes in another unit you will be sure to smell it. Units facing the sun are particularly at risk to ineffective cooling.
Do not ever move here!!! Management is so poor and useless. The concierges are rude and have no idea what’s happening!! You ask them one question and they will even roll their eyes on you! There are no parking lots and a lot of things are happening in the building. Police are always outside. Fire alarms, all the time!!
This building management is absolutely terrible and completely incompetent. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I have lived here for an entire year, and from the very beginning we were promised that the gym would be completed within six months. That was one of the main reasons we chose this building. Now a full year has passed, and there is still no gym, no pool, no BBQ area, and many of the advertised amenities are still unfinished. These were clearly empty promises made to attract... read more
Good luck for shoe box… nothing is working and management is pathetic. It keeps changing and your issue or file will move here and there. STAY AWWY
