There is a lot of crime happening in this condominium. Police are here frequently, and it makes the place feel unsafe for residents and their families. Living here is stressful, as the environment is far from the calm and secure home one would expect.
Absolutely horrible. Everyday there is police. There was a crime scene here. Over 20 police officers showed up. You have to pay for everything at this building. The cheapest and stingiest company i have ever dealt with. Festival truly sucks. I am in talks with my landlord to leave. I will never recommend this place ever.
Don’t move here if you have a car there’s no parking the condo company doesn’t care and the city will fine you parking anywhere near it.
