One of the worst condos I have ever lived in. Extremely high utility bills, an AC system that barely works, ongoing parking issues, and management that is unable to help with even basic resident concerns. 1. This building management is absolutely terrible and completely incompetent. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I have lived here for an entire year, and from the very beginning we were promised that the gym would be completed within six months. That was one of the main reasons we chose this building.
