One of the worst condos I have ever lived in. Extremely high utility bills, an AC system that barely works, ongoing parking issues, and management that is unable to help with even basic resident concerns. 1. This building management is absolutely terrible and completely incompetent. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. I have lived here for an entire year, and from the very beginning we were promised that the gym would be completed within six months. That was one of the main reasons we chose this building. When you move in they don't tell you that there's a loud events all weekend thru the entire spring summer and fall. When you try to move out management accuses you that you damaged somthing durring moving and will hold your deposit or extort you without showing proof. The security team here in braindead. While living here I have seen 3 people jump off their balcony to end themselves, 2 hostage situations where I couldnt get into my unit and had to sleep in my car and daily fights, drugs and harassment.
