When you move in they don't tell you that there's a loud events all weekend thru the entire spring summer and fall. When you try to move out management accuses you that you damaged somthing durring moving and will hold your deposit or extort you without showing proof. The security team here in braindead. While living here I have seen 3 people jump off their balcony to end themselves, 2 hostage situations where I couldnt get into my unit and had to sleep in my car and daily fights, drugs and harassment.

This condo has been the worst apartment living experience of my life. There is always a problem. there is no parking, no electricity, no hot water, and sometimes even no cold water. The elevator is usually out of service. Living in Canada can already be stressful, and this condo only adds more stress to your life. If you rent here, you will likely experience financial loss and a lot of inconvenience. The management does not seem to care about residents’ daily schedules or quality of life. This is the worst condo I’ve ever seen. Every week they test the fire alarm during the daytime, and we also experience false or non-emergency alarms at night and early in the morning. It’s extremely disruptive. At this point, it feels like it would have been better to build a fire station on the ground floor! On top of that, you have to pay for everything, even visitor parking in Vaughan.
