Quoted me a price for a product and shipping then proceeded to charge me almost 300% more without approval. Not only did they do this, the package still has not arrived (it was next day air) 4 days later and they refuse to offer any recourse. They “graciously” offered to cover ground shipping if I wanted to purchase the product again while the other was lost in the mail with the caveat that I would not be able to return the first item if I ordered a replacement.
