Primera y última vez que vengo a este dentista muchísima espera aparte solo hay una dentista por turno. No me gustó el servicio ya que mi hijo llegó al punto de llorar de dolor. La doctora se molestó por que yo le preguntaba a mi hijo que si estaba bien.

Came in for a root canal with Dr.Hong and Alma, prior to my root canal I had been in so much pain with swelling, thanks to the doctor and her assistant I am no longer in pain and one day after my swelling had gone down a significant amount !!

This is actually my second time here I will say that as a patient I do not recommend at all one is because they had me rescheduled my appointment twice with a short notice second is what is the whole point of making an appointment if someone is gonna be on time and still have them wait for another 1hour before doing any procedure third is why are late patients of their appointments being seen at that point they should rescheduled is just putting more time of waiting meaning punctuality of the patient don’t matter. Biggest waste of time. Waited an hour just so they could tell me that they don’t accept my insurance after telling me over the phone that they would just days prior. A whole hour!!!!! And there was only me and one other person is the lobby.
