Biggest waste of time. Waited an hour just so they could tell me that they don’t accept my insurance after telling me over the phone that they would just days prior. A whole hour!!!!! And there was only me and one other person is the lobby.
Wait time is unacceptable!! Appointment was at 3:00p, I arrived at 3:03p due to the rain/traffic. It’s 3:47pm and they are barely calling me back.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! We came in for what was supposed to be a routine cleaning and checkup. We waited over an hour past our appt time despite only one other patient being there. They collected payment, took X-rays, and then told us they were closing for the day and that we’d need to come back another time for the actual cleaning … something I’ve never experienced at a dental office. Mi experiencia no ha sido nada grata … en mi primera consulta esperé hora y media y nunca me atendieron … solo hay un doctor por turno, atendiendo todos los pacientes 👎y en mi segunda consulta me hicieron un presupuesto aterradoramente costoso .. yo se que los precios dentales no son baratos, pero al estar la clínica dentro de Parkland tuve la idea de acceder a precios razonables … y desafortunadamente no es así ….
