I love my workouts and group classes with Michelle. She is an amazing instructor.

Bernardo’s knowledge on the body is clearly shown when he works on you. My body feels great after a few sessions.
I am new to margate so finding a gym was very important. Not only am I getting an amazing workout but the stretch is as important to complete the process . It is clean , very organized and the staff is very knowledgeable about how to work u out to get results . Plus they have the latest on a equipment . Anyone who starts with anyone on the staff with see results !
