Do not trust this auto shop with your vehicle! I trusted Mark to stand by his word and install a genuine BMW part on my vehicle, not only did he replace the part with an unauthorized supplier to get the part cheaper so he can jack up the price for the customer, he also damaged my vehicle in the process causing my vehicle not to start 1 day after he “supposedly” repaired it.
