Went in with really bad ear pain. Never saw a doctor just some nurse, who saw me for literally 5 mins, threw me some prescriptions that didn't work but cost me like $100. Still have the ear pain a month later. She billed my insurance and a separate bill for her personally for $547. Her name is Larisa Makarov.

While I was sitting in triage waiting for the nurse do her thing the Disney prince doctor slides into the room like Kramer, boisterous and incapable of listening to the patient. As I tried to describe what was happening he looked at me like I was speaking foreign tongue even though I was clearly stating that my entire spine is burning and I'm dizzy and clumsy while trying to walk. My Mom received top notch service yesterday! From the intake ladies to RN nurse Kellie, to her boss June….and finally Dr. Hundley. All such caring, competent professionals. We appreciate all of them and would definitely return if needed. Thank you!!

Everyone and everything was better than I expected. Don’t want to ever go to an emergency room but if I do that is where I want to go. RN’s like Kellie make this facility exceptional.
