I would like to share my experience during my visit to the Emergency Room. I came in because the abscess I had opened and started draining blood and pus, and I was unsure what I needed to do. I want to recognize the doctor who treated me because he was excellent. He explained everything very clearly, reviewed my results with me, and took the time to explain the suggested treatment and next steps. Tampa General Hospital's Emergency Care in Beverly Hills Florida provided outstanding care. This was our second visit, about a year after the first, and the level of professionalism and compassion has remained exceptional. Im not sure if I have ever been to a hospital that the staff was so kind not only to my girlfriend who was the patient, but to me as well when I explained my concern. Im assuming it was the charge nurse took time to ask about my concerns and explained them with such care its something I will never forget. Our first visit to TGH Crystal River has been a very pleasant experience. The security guard welcomed us with a smile and friendly greetings. Our intake with Chase was a snap, and he also made us feel very welcome. The diagnostic procedures were professional and prompt. Absolutely the best place around for emergency care.
