My son John loves Victoria. He is always looking forward to seeing her. She is so kind and friendly.
We have been with Brave Wings for about two years now. They are professional and great to work with, especially when it comes to coordinating a schedule that meets your needs. Everyone we have worked with has been amazing and knowledgeable. Absolutely terrible management!!! They refuse to return calls, the billing department is a complete disaster, and they’re still charging our insurance even though we left over 3 weeks ago. Management is a joke - no accountability whatsoever. Therapists are constantly leaving, and to top it off, they shut down their ABA center with only two days’ notice! Completely reckless and disrespectful to families who rely on services. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place!!!
I highly recommend this place! I am so grateful with the staff at brave wings therapy we had a great experience with our newborn baby. My son had a mild torticollis and feeding issues ( he was diagnosed with a tongue tie) so my LC recommended to bring my baby to Brave wings and I am so glad I did! Dr Jen Moore (SLP) and Carly (OT) agreed that my son would benefit from a tongue tie release and the both of them were working with my son twice a week before and after the procedure and let me tell you I saw a big improvement , my... read more
