(I have edited this as more had happend and I had to stop working with them all together as it was very unprofessional. I had a support worker tell me confidential information on other ndis clients on a regular basis there support worker also snapped and yelled at me when they were triggerd. Do not go with brave minds they just lie straight to your face about what they do or how they help u they promised me that they will have a good person to help me and th Ed n they change their people to help u they lied to me do not trust brave minds they lie about how they work itx all lies.
