I've been dropping into Brave Enough Crossfit for about 4 years now, and it always feels like a home away from home. The team is so welcoming, the space is stunning, and the members are friendly and welcoming. 10/10 no notes

Coach Anthony got me moving, my mobility was terrible in a few short sessions, I feel and know it has improved from shoulders, hips are moving again. No meds needed. The box is very spacious, does not smell like a argh# , equipments are well maintained. Anthony is attentive to the challenges you will encounter during your session, trust in the process, it worked for me. This gym is so beautiful, both in terms of the physical facility, as well as a community. All the members were so kind and welcoming, as were the coaches. The coaches provide caring and expert instruction, as well as a beautiful class experience. Anytime I am in the KC area, I have to stop in, and anyone reading this should too.
