I dropped in for a few classes while visiting KC for work and from the minute I walked in I was greeted and treated like family. Anthony and his crew have a great community and clean gym and amazing culture at Brave Enough CrossFit. The coaching is very detailed and ensures you will have an effective workout no matter what fitness level you are at- beginner or veteran.
