WARNING – Avoid Brave Developments My experience with Brave Developments has been extremely disappointing. David Jaques has been consistently unresponsive — he won’t answer phone calls, ignores texts, and does not reply to emails. My bathroom was not built to code, and although he has admitted responsibility, he still refuses to get on with the repair work. Brave Developments are one of the builders in the Building Ethics Australia program, under the program, the BEA builder agree to undertake inspections at all progress payment stages. Brave Developments diligence and attention to detail throughout the construction of their projects, in my opinion, produce a finished product that is second to none.

Brave sound genuine but cannot be trusted. They underquote to get the jobs and promise you the world, then massively cut corners and in the end do not deliver to contract. Anyone who will use them is very brave!
