Brave Developments are one of the builders in the Building Ethics Australia program, under the program, the BEA builder agree to undertake inspections at all progress payment stages. Brave Developments diligence and attention to detail throughout the construction of their projects, in my opinion, produce a finished product that is second to none.
Brave sound genuine but cannot be trusted. They underquote to get the jobs and promise you the world, then massively cut corners and in the end do not deliver to contract. Anyone who will use them is very brave!
After obtaining a few quotes for our recent townhouse development/ new home we decided to go with Brave. We were very impressed with Davids attention to detail in quoting, inclusions and above all a competitive price for the job. Over the course of the build David and Greg the site supervisor were always available to help us and would regularly update us with the build progress and were happy to meet me on site when I wanted to have a look.
