Brave boxing has been a fun way to get in good excersise. After a few weeks I can already feel and see some improvements. The coaches and other clients are encouraging and friendly. I'm new to boxing and while it can be a bit confusing I am more determined to get it down. Look forward to where I will be in the future
Great atmosphere for learning, having fun and breaking a sweat.
The coaches are real good in training the basics of boxing to the pro level.
