Not sure what happened but Bravas really dropped the ball. I’m only giving 2 stars because the engagement started out well. I was interested in installing a home projection setup. After some initial calls and text exchanges an in home consultation was scheduled with a consultant that I won’t name here out of respect (everyone has a bad day or month). They don't go away after doing your installations. Two years later, when I called service because I accidentally hit a button that screws things up, they called back quickly and told me on the phone how to fix it, without charging me, even when I offered to pay.
Knowlegable staff. The right recommendations for the space. Expert installation. Very responsive to post-install issues.
Nick helped me out tremendously when we had a power problem at the recording studio. He's very knowledgeable and attentive and was able to point me in the right direction. Thanks Nick!
