I've been with Bravas for several years. Mainly however, over the last 15 years, I followed the team of Carlos Reyna, Keith Bailey, and his son Marcus Bailey from other security services till they finally settled several years ago on Bravas. The company is excellent as these individuals are and would not have joined the company if that was not the case. Highly recommend Bravas. My husband is an audiophile and has turned our house into a smart home. Ketra lights and automated blinds, in addition to our whole house integrated audio. Jeff has been working with us for over three years. He is responsive to our calls and always works to solve the problem at its root.
Jeff was right on time, completely professional, and did a first class job.
Jeff Ovenstone got the job done! He is always ready with the needed information that my husband wants to make the right decision. And we will be using his expertise in the future as needed.
Jeff Ovenstone is our point person - He was helping us wrap up a few loose ends. On the last service call - Jeff took thorough care of us. He showed up to correct two issues - during the time he was in our home - he found and fixed five additional issues. Easy/Easy for him.
