When I first got wifi services with Bravado the first person I spoke with was sooo kind and helpful. Jack. After getting the wifi connected I have had a terrible experience!!! It’s only been 2 days and this hasn’t worked at all. When I called they told me to restart it like I haven’t done that 3 times already. They said they would run an update and it should be working the next morning. When waking up, I tried to restart it and see if it was working and of course it wasn’t. They kept calling and texting my husband about this new e-sim card to put in and we have to make an hour drive to get to the McAlester store. Google says it’s open on Saturday 10-6 and we get there and their hours are not updated. Waste of gas and a trip.
I would just like to say that I have not had the best experience with this company over the last three years. But there was a girl in there today name Adrianna ( in McAlester) who really let me know that customer service is real and I feel she’s doing everything she can to take care of my needs. Just warms my heart and gives me a second thought about the whole company.
