My daughters hair was completely ruined.
What a rip off!!! Paid for a haircut done in under 10 minutes. I think the stylist overcharged me. Do not be fooled by the pricing shown on their storefront! I wasn’t even satisfied with the end result. I would have done a better job cutting my hair!!! I would not recommend this salon!!!! So bad and overpriced!!!!

Highly, highly recommend Tracy P. from this Brava store. I've been going to Tracy P,. at the Brentwood Mall for a decade and she recently moved to Metrotown Brava. I can't recommend her strongly enough. Great disposition, listens extremely well, has an insanely great memory. Her best quality aside from hair cutting and coloring skills is she wants you fully satisfied.
