My kid's father hired and paid the retainer fee of this firm. Unfortunately, before his first court appearance, he was diagnosed with Stage 4 Cancer and passed away. The kids requested a refund of the retainer to help cover the cost of his burial, as he had no savings. Despite numerous calls and visits, we were only refunded $1,000 out of the $3,500 paid.
