I was very pleased with their service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced and installed entire HVAC system at a fair price and even added some ductwork. Highly recommend!
A family member is presently in need of repair of an AC unit. They received a rediculusly hi estimate. I recommended they contact Braun, which reminded me that I never reviewed Jim for my experience from 3 years ago. I wanted to relocate my 3 Ton condenser, in a 21 year old system. Of 3 companies contacted Braun (Jim) gave me the most honest appraisal of alternatives, risks and options (Move the old or replace with new) and best cost option. They came fixed our furnace temporarily, until they could get part the next day. Came back next day fixed it. Great service.
