Deceit & incompetence might sound harsh, but baring using expletives to sum up the horrendous experience with Braun's they are very fitting words. I spoke with Jason at Braun's & measurements were taken. Dark engineered hardwood from Goodfellow based out of QC, their Wellington Heights "Moorefield" line, along with tile in areas was all to be tackled in the early spring of 2025. I go to Brauns quite often for my job. They have always been very kind and accommodating. Very knowledgeable on any of my flooring needs and always willing to help with tips or tricks when it comes to flooring would recommend.
I visited Braun's Flooring to ask for advice about my tile floors. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the time they took with me even though I did not make a purchase. Next time I need flooring, I will go to them. Thank you.
