This place sucks. Zero customer service nor a sense of urgency. Every single time they suck at there jobs. Try to avoid if possible. Even the roads getting here blow.

Nearly every interaction with this company was negative, other than the call I had with a lady on Wednesday. Mark called me on Friday, July 25th to schedule a delivery on July 29th. It sounded like he was doing everything he could do not deliver to my house. Tuesday comes around and the package isn’t delivered. I call back right when they open on Wednesday and was told that they didn’t have a truck with a lift gate. Local runs are over 4 hrs one way Truck Driver CDL A - St. Paul, MN Local runs are over 4 hours long one way. Drivers have to do all this weird stuff just to stay awake. When I rode with one of the drivers that was training me, he was constantly dozing off at the wheel, stopping every hour to urinate or "De-gas" as he says. He would be outside the truck dry heaving, urinating right front of truck at customers dock/drop lot, in front of cameras.
