Nearly every interaction with this company was negative, other than the call I had with a lady on Wednesday. Mark called me on Friday, July 25th to schedule a delivery on July 29th. It sounded like he was doing everything he could do not deliver to my house. Tuesday comes around and the package isn’t delivered. I call back right when they open on Wednesday and was told that they didn’t have a truck with a lift gate. Local runs are over 4 hrs one way Truck Driver CDL A - St. Paul, MN Local runs are over 4 hours long one way. Drivers have to do all this weird stuff just to stay awake. When I rode with one of the drivers that was training me, he was constantly dozing off at the wheel, stopping every hour to urinate or "De-gas" as he says. He would be outside the truck dry heaving, urinating right front of truck at customers dock/drop lot, in front of cameras. This company was a pain to coordinate a residential delivery with. I understand things happen that might warrant a change in delivery, but communicating that to your customer would seem like a courteous and necessary step. We literally had 6 (!) different delivery windows/days before we finally got our shipment. On the positive side though, both the delivery person and Mark in the office were friendly.
