My fiancé ordered a carpet from Home Depot over 4 weeks ago to be delivered by brauns express unbeknownst to us.. this company is horrible. I never even heard of them before. My delivery was supposed to come weeks ago. Delivery dates have changed numerous times. I had to get this carpet TODAY in which it stated it was being delivered yesterday- it never came but yet BRAUNS posted on the tracking page it was DELIVERED!
