I ordered artificial turf from Turf Factory Direct. After a week sitting in their Maryland terminal, I finally called to see why I wasn't contacted about shipment. They gave me a date for delivery and said I had to be present. I took off work and waited all day. At 2pm I called to check on the status and was told the driver was on the way. I waited at home until 7pm and the driver never came. Never got one call from the company through the whole process. I still dont know where my order is

My fiancé ordered a carpet from Home Depot over 4 weeks ago to be delivered by brauns express unbeknownst to us.. this company is horrible. I never even heard of them before. My delivery was supposed to come weeks ago. Delivery dates have changed numerous times. I had to get this carpet TODAY in which it stated it was being delivered yesterday- it never came but yet BRAUNS posted on the tracking page it was DELIVERED! I call Braun’s and they tell me now my package won’t be delivered until Thursday because the truck went BACK... read more
