Service was wonderful. Very comfortable waiting area, staff is courteous, and on top of things. My husband wasn't with me this time, as he usually drops the vehicles off for services, so I couldn't help but feel completely overwhelmed when I walked in to the shop with the issues my car was having. The owner of the company happened to be there, and along with his staff, explained everything to me in a manner I could understand. I left with a perfectly running vehicle, and they have a new customer!!!! Thanks Brauning!!
Wonderful service!!! I'm not sure why this place has gotten the reviews I've seen here, but I know they have underwent a management change, and I have had multiple vehicles serviced there, and every time they exceeded my expectations. Please - Please Beware!! I took my car here for a standard check engine report, and they charged me $103.00! It's free everywhere else!! They also used my card WITHOUT permission and charged $200+ dollars worth of items on line at Walmart! I am currently in a legal battle because of Fraud! Do not use this company!
I recommend that everyone avoid this place like the plague! They have overcharged me ($5000 to install a USED engine on a Honda CR-V), attempted to overcharge me ($650+ for a belt tensioner), and have done shoddy work that they would not fix (when they replaced my CR-V engine, they did not use a new oil filter, which subsequently failed and sprayed oil all over the engine compartment!
